Seyun, a lithe and catty high-schooler with a mysterious past, and Yoojin, a rough-and-tumble, straight-laced Judo star, have known each other since they were children. Growing up in the same place, they're bound to have differences, and when a tragedy befalls Seyun's family, he's forced to give up his home and move away from Yoojin. A new school, new friends, and years later, Yoojin and Seyun find themselves walking vastly different paths, while struggling to maintain their friendship. But when old feelings start resurfacing, a bitter tug-of-war starts, with hearts in the balance, secrets in the closet, and twists that nobody sees coming!
U Don't Know Me series was originally published as donginji (doujinshi) in Korea.
Chapter 1 thru 6 collects the three donginji books published.
This title will be published in print format with some extra content in the first half of 2009.
Yoojin Jung
Yoojin is the ultimate student. He's star and captain of the Judo team, he's got perfect grades, and he's on the fast track to success in his life. Attached to Seyun at the hip from a very young age, the two of them were inseparable until an incident in Seyun's family drove a great distance between the two boys. Despite being quiet and reserved, Yoojin's temper is something to be feared, especially if you're a member of the Judo team and you're late to practice! His temper comes to bear upon Seyun, but it's all out of worry and care for his friend, oftentimes making sure he's warm enough, that he's locked his door at night, or that he's well-fed. His tenderness and warmth for Seyun is unmatched.
Seyun Han
A lithe and catty high schooler, Seyun has been Yoojin's best friend for longer than he can remember. He's dutiful and devoted to his hard-working parents, and ever since a tragedy befell his family he's been practically living on his own. Even though he has a strong sense of duty to his family, he leads a very different life at school and walks a path that's anything but straight-laced like Yoojin's. His heart is a tumult of emotions, as he flows from one extreme of anger towards those who slight him, to another of love and sensitivity for Yoojin. Seyun's double nature shows in both his school life and his friendship with Yoojin; it's only a matter of time before the line between the two cross...

The author decided to use Rakun as her pen name for our English edition of her donginji titles. N-Kun is her pen name for the donginji titles she releases in Korea.
My research turned up that this title is by Yeri Na under the name N-Kun, and while I could find this pen name, I couldn't find Rakun--it seems the only place it's used is here at Netcomics. Is there some reason for this? Thanks.
Rakun is a pen name Yeri Na uses for donginji(doujinshi) work. In case you haven't tried yet, check out Do Whatever You Want we are publishing. From other publishers, 50 Rules for Teenagers Vol. 1 was published by ADV Manga in 2004. Also, the author's more recent work Peter Panda was licenced by DramaQueen, but it hasn't been released yet.
Hey can anyone tell me if Rakun has any other works out there??? What they are called and what places to buy from?? I can't get anything to come up when I look under Rakun....the computer just gives me info. but non of it is this the correct Rakun!!! HELP
This has everything I want; drama, action, smut, and a realistic portrayal of their relationship that doesn't make me gag with the fakeness of it all, instead it seems realistic from the drawings to the mannerisms of the characters.
